Ashley Annett, Donor Relations / Communications Specialist

Ashley started her fundraising journey in college working as a Development Representative for the University of Minnesota Foundation. During this time she discovered her passion for engaging with donors and finding out which initiatives and values they aligned with most. After a decade in corporate sales roles engaging with the medical device and technology industries, she was excited to return to the nonprofit space.

In 2023 Ashley joined PeaceMaker Minnesota to support Donor Relations and Communications. Coming from a family of educators and school administrators, Ashley knows firsthand the impact that school programming has. She joined the organization believing in the importance of giving kids the tools to learn collaborative problem solving early on. Her hope is that teaching kids to lead with empathy will create a strong next generation of thinkers and leaders, who can tackle society's most complex issues.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management from Carlson Business School and University of Minnesota.

When she is not working you may run into Ashley on a Minnesota hiking trail with her boyfriend and German Shepard. She also loves to cook, bake, see live music, and cheer on the Minnesota Timberwolves.
